Smart Implementation 24/10 is designed for existing Sugar Suite installations which need assistance in implementing in a span of 10 working days. It includes 24 hours of implementation consultancy, training, data migration and basic customization within 10 consecutive working days. SugarCRM will be fine tuned and rolled out to the employees within this time frame. A dedicated resource will be trained on the day to day activities of using SugarCRM during this time period.

Needs Analysis:

Company needs for CRM implementation will be analyzed. Major needs will be categorized into three types

• Possible with SugarCRM out of the box features
• Possible with SugarCRM Customization through Studio and
• Possible with SugarCRM Customization with development effort ( Development quote will be provided if Company wants them to be developed by Bhea )
• Not – Possible With SugarCRM

Implementation:

The features which are possible with Studio Customization will be undertaken by our SugarCRM team. If the customizations are simple but more, the “one point” contact from the company will be trained to do that. The complex customizations will be done by our SugarCRM team.

Jump Start User Training:

Jump Start user training for 3 to 4 hours will be undertaken at the customer premises for 5 to 10 users. The user training package is designed to help your employees to quickly get up and running with SugarCRM out of the box features in just one day.

Legacy Data Migration:

Legacy data will be analyzed and a mapping framework worked out with the “one point” contact. Once legacy data is analyzed it will be extracted by the “one-point” contact into csv or excel files. The data will be cleaned and exported to SugarCRM.

Final Deployment:

A final deployment workshop for all users will be undertaken. This helps users understand advanced features and using the system completely.
